About MyMedia
Our Story
MyMedia was founded by John Sreetharan, who grew up working in his father’s print shop. With a practical understanding of production and a strong interest in technology, John launched a web design business in 2002 that quickly evolved into an e-commerce solution for B2B print services.
Over time, the business expanded to cover custom print, branded merchandise, and event collateral, all managed through a centralised service. As client needs grew more complex, MyMedia added logistics support to handle global deliveries, event shipments, and stock management.
Today, MyMedia is a full-service production and logistics partner. We support clients with demand generation through physical marketing, such as direct mail campaigns, events, and personalised print, while taking care of every step from production to delivery.
We operate an in-house design and production studio and work with a carefully selected network of suppliers, chosen for their consistency and quality. With operations across Southeast Asia, the US, Latin America and Europe, MyMedia delivers reliable service at scale, with the flexibility to manage everything from one-off requests to high-volume, multi-region campaigns.
Our MyMedia OnDemand platform gives clients full visibility and control over their assets, orders, and inventory.
Our Story
These are our key milestones since inception in 2002.
2002
UK – Origins and Heritage
Founded in the UK by John Sreetharan, inspired by his family’s legacy in printing. Initially focused on early web design and digital solutions.
2006
China – Global Supplier Network Established
Expanded operations into China, establishing a vetted network of high-quality suppliers, enabling efficient global production and distribution.
2010
Argentina – International Event Production
Broadened capabilities into international markets, notably managing high-touch event production and logistics across Latin America, including Argentina.
2016
United States – Introduction of OnDemand Portal
Developed and launched the “OnDemand” client portal, providing customers real-time control, visibility, and asset management of complex marketing initiatives.
2025
Portugal – Expansion into the EU
Expanded into Portugal to strengthen European operations, optimizing service delivery, and addressing increased demand from US and UK clients post-Brexit.
Global – Reputation for Scalable, High-touch Service
Established a global reputation as a scalable, detail-oriented production partner capable of delivering both single-order precision and large-scale marketing campaigns seamlessly worldwide.
